- Proactive Planned Maintenance (PPM) where we attend to conduct initial site audit, testing and servicing, before carrying out planned, phased maintenance of all your equipment. This helps you to maximise system efficiency, while ensuring safety and compliance
- Reactive Support where we can attend 24/7, 365 days of the year for unplanned or unexpected issues. While PPM significantly reduces the likelihood or scale of system failures, unexpected challenges can still mean that you need our help quickly, and we’ll be there
- Advice & innovation, helping you move beyond the system you have now, to the system that will support you through the future. As well as installing a lot of renewable energy solutions to help combat rising energy costs, and support your environmental commitments, our advice also helps you to manage long-term capital investment so that it is expected and manageable.
All of these services are carried out by our dedicated team of maintenance & small works engineers, who are specifically trained and supported to work full time on our maintenance contracts. This means high quality finish and service, with proactive planning, and quick turnarounds should you need it. They are also DBS checked for environments where there are safeguarding requirements.
