Since we began back in 2014, we have had to build our client base from a name nobody had ever heard of to a position where we feel our client base and reputation within the industry is second to none.

Our Quality Management system is powered by Sitemate using the Dashpivot platform. We use Dashpivot by Sitemate for everything from how we handle variations, RFI’s, COI’s, Site Diaries, Q&A, Snags, Issue Management and much more. Dashpivot has allowed Cosgrove & Drew to grow as a business and the support from the team has been great.

Our Health & Safety and HR needs are all taken care of by the use of Citation an online platform with 24 hour support. We can raise Risk Assessments, Method Statement, Document H&S matters whilst covering all HR aspects such as contracts of employment, legal support, Holiday and absence monitoring. Citation have been great to work with and are always at the end of the phone.

Simpro is a key tool for Cosgrove & Drew as a business. Simpro allows us to project manage every project with absolute precision. We can track materials, labour, margains, invoice and report so we know where we are financially at any given time. Simpro are very easy to work with and happy to help when needed.
