As part of our people and performance programme, we have been working towards Investors in People Accreditation since 2020, and are now proud to announce that we’ve met the standard during our very first assessment.
Investors in People assesses businesses against aframework, independently grading how well a business supports people at work,including “leading”, “supporting” and “improving” your people, and comparingyou against other businesses in industry.
